Returns Policy Overview

At The Motorcycle Parts Store, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our shop or parts line, or email us within 7 days of delivery. Returns are not accepted for used, antique, vintage parts, or electrical items due to manufacturer policies. For fitment issues, we offer store credit to exchange for similar items as long as the return item is unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for any additional payment if the new item exceeds the value of the exchanged item.
